Philip Pinette
UX Designer, physical and omnichannel retail
Six projects from a decade at Amazon (Prime Now, Amazon Go, Amazon Style, Kindle, and my current confidential project) and two from Custom Ink. Each demonstrates how I make new-to-world retail experiences appear obvious to customers. I've also managed teams of 13 UX designers, design technologists, researchers, and program managers. I’m a named inventor on five US patents, including the Amazon Style fitting-room closet.
